Standing at 4.4 inches tall and raising a gloved hand up to the yellow heart-shaped glasses covering his bright red eyes as a sadistic, sharp-tooth smile crosses his pale blue face, a red top hat with black and white stripes around the base rests atop his head as long heart-shaped antennae poke out from either side.
