Headstrong leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Peter Quill was born on Earth to a human mother and alien father. Taken from his home at a young age, he was thrust into an adventure across the stars. Now teamed up with a group of misfits, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Peter Quill has been saving the day under the name Star-Lord. Produced under official Marvel license, the Star-Lord commemorative is plated in 24-carat gold. The reverse of the commemorative is brought to life by Star Lord on raised metal and in full colour, in his fighting stance. The obverse features the official Guardians of the Galaxy logo.
